We track all flight arrivals in real-time, so your driver will be at the airport at the exact time of landing
WazUp provides no less than 30 minutes of free wait time on each Airport Transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. If you do not meet your Chauffeur or call us within 60 minutes of your plane landing, we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for the reservation
Each pick-up location is different. Airport, Train Station & Hotel pick-up locations are listed on your confirmation voucher
Transfer rates are based on a point to point transfer and your Chauffeur is instructed to use the most direct route for expediency. If, you would prefer the Chauffeur use a specific route our hourly rates and minimums might apply
Payments & Changes
We require that reservation cancellations be completed online no less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. If you fail to cancel on time you might be charged in full for the reservation. Roundtrip reservations must be cancelled as two separate reservations
We require that all changes be received by email, online or by calling the supplier number printed on your voucher a minimum of 12 hours prior to a scheduled pick-up time and are subject to availability. If, a reservation change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation you might be charged for the reservation in full
Our chauffeurs do not carry cash, due to safety concerns, and the payment method used upon making your reservation was automatically charged the day the reservation was made. WazUp offers multiple secure & PCI compliant payment options including PayPal & Stripe
WazUp asks that you contact our Reservations department directly; or use our website to perform any changes to your reservations
Additional Information
Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times. You can always cancel your booking 24 hours in advance if your plans change
WazUp is a completely private & secure transportation service. You and your party will be the only passengers on the booked vehicle
WazUp will only bill you for the time used; as long as it exceeds our hourly minimum charge
If you discover that you have lost your luggage, please inform us as soon as possible by calling the driver or our phone number displayed in the confirmation email and indicate that you have arrived at the airport and you are now requesting that the driver waits for you until the luggage situation is resolved
